HDS makes every effort to debug our
software under both Win 95 and Win NT platforms. Runtime errors, when
encountered can be very instrumental in debugging the software. We
will make every effort possible to fix any runtime errors within 24 hours
of notification.
If the fix is
simple we will email a fix back to you and the fix will be incorporated in
our next service pack for this product. If it is a widely found issue
it will be posted at our site for general customer download.
These runtime
errors may be encountered during general processing or during the VB Script
processing used in our calculations. If you are writing your own user
script, these codes will be helpful in debugging your code.

have you send us your file and we will run it in our test simulators.
Most
Common errors come from the scripting engines not being fully installed for
calculations.
